We stayed in suite with an extra bed. Coffee and tea making equipment, a refrigerator, and glassware were available.

Fairly clean hotel, amiable staff, absolutely perfect and lovely location friendly close to everything. A great-sized and huge and reasonably priced room with an extra bed. Location just off main shopping area and facilities, clubs providing inexpensive meals and a very good restaurant.

The rooms of the hotel were relaxing and good sized with bathroom, an extra bed plus a spa bath. Location: the property was near a pub that served great meals and eateries. It also was very close to clubs providing inexpensive meals.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, near to the town centre and within walking distance to local attractions. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was clean with daily service. The pool area and spa were well-maintained and had a nice BBQ setup.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms was disappointing, with guests noting black mold, unclean floors, and dirty spa.

I had a really comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with great information on nearby restaurants and shops. The room was cozy and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed with nice quality linen and tea/coffee making facilities. The soap dispensers in the shower were impressive and the spa bath in one of the rooms was a lovely touch. The location of the hotel was convenient and easy to access.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

We received two free toothbrushes and slept on clean sheets. The hotel is right in the middle of town so we were able to stumble back from the pub without any issues. Oh and the air conditioning worked a treat, making our room a perfect escape from the heat outside.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel sucked. The walls are paper-thin and we could hear every word the neighbours were saying.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was equipped with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The location was great, within easy walking distance of cafes and shops, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated having a microwave and complimentary hot chocolate satchets in the room.

Street noise could still be heard from our room at times. although the bathroom was functional and clean, the shower/spa's age was apparent.

I had an amazing experience at a cozy hotel in a convenient location. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a fridge to keep our snacks and drinks cool. The staff, especially the helpful lady at check-in, were friendly and accommodating. They quickly responded to a problem with the air conditioner and fixed it within 20 minutes. The spa bath was a luxurious touch after a long day of exploring. The pool looked inviting, although we didn't get a chance to use it. There was ample parking available as well. The budget hotel surprised me with its extras, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
